1. Who can join

The Saveure referral program is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 or over who apply and are approved by Saveure. Approval is at our discretion and we may decline any application without giving a reason. We may also suspend or end your participation at any time.

Some professions restrict or prohibit accepting compensation for referrals, including certain insurance, real estate, legal, and financial licenses, and some notary commissions. You are responsible for confirming that participating is permitted under your own license, your employer’s rules, and the law of your state. Saveure does not give you that clearance.

2. Your tracking link

On approval you receive a personal tracking link in the form saveure.com/r/yourcode. Opening it records a click and forwards the visitor to the Saveure member portal, which is operated by Snug, an independent third party.

A click places a cookie on that person’s browser that credits you for 90 days. If they return through your link again, the 90 days restarts. Credit may fail if the person clears cookies, uses a different device or browser, or blocks tracking. We reconcile what we can, but we cannot guarantee attribution in every case.

Your link is personal. Do not sell it, transfer it, or let someone else run it as their own.

3. Commission

You earn 30% of the service fee actually collected by Saveure on a qualifying purchase made by a person you referred, unless a different rate is stated in writing on your account. Commission is calculated on the fee received, not on taxes, third party costs, or amounts later refunded.

No commission is earned on clicks, on free accounts, or on purchases that are refunded, charged back, cancelled, or never paid. If a commission was already paid on a sale that is later reversed, we may offset that amount against future payouts.

4. How you get paid

Payouts are made manually. A recorded referral first appears as pending, moves to approved once the underlying payment has cleared, and is then queued for payment by the method listed on your application. We aim to release approved payouts at least monthly. Amounts under a small minimum may be held and rolled into the next payout.

You are paid as an independent contractor. Saveure does not withhold taxes. If your payouts reach the reporting thresholds set by the IRS, we may require a completed Form W-9 before paying and may issue a Form 1099. Providing accurate payment and tax details is your responsibility.

5. What you must not do

• Give legal, tax, or investment advice, or tell anyone which document they need
• State or imply that Saveure is a law firm, or that you are an attorney or an employee of Saveure
• Promise any legal, tax, or financial outcome, or guarantee that probate will be avoided
• Quote prices, terms, or timelines that Saveure has not published
• Use spam, unsolicited bulk email or text, robocalls, or any method that breaks the CAN SPAM Act, the TCPA, or similar rules
• Bid on Saveure brand terms in paid search, or run ads that imply you are Saveure
• Create accounts, clicks, or purchases yourself or through your household to generate commission
• Use the Saveure name, logo, or materials in a way we have not approved in writing

Breaking any of these ends your participation and forfeits unpaid commission.

6. Disclosure

Where the law or your own professional rules require it, you must clearly disclose that you may be compensated for the referral. A plain statement such as “I may receive a referral fee if you use this link” is usually enough. Saveure is not responsible for disclosures you fail to make.

7. Data and privacy

We record link clicks, a hashed version of the visitor’s IP address, browser information, and any conversion tied to your code. Your dashboard shows counts and conversions. It does not show the personal details of people who clicked but did not become customers. Handle anything you do see as confidential, and do not use it for your own marketing.

8. Relationship between us

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship. You cannot enter into an obligation on behalf of Saveure or speak for it.

9. Changes and ending the program

We may change these terms, the commission rate, or the structure of the program at any time by posting an update here. Changes apply to referrals recorded after the change. We may end the program entirely, in which case we will pay approved commission already earned.

10. No guarantee of earnings

Any figures on our website are illustrations of how the commission is calculated, not a projection or promise of what you will earn. Most referral programs produce modest results, and many participants earn nothing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saveure’s total liability to you in connection with this program is limited to the commission actually owed to you. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
