Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
Last updated: September 20, 2026This Privacy Policy explains what information Saveure collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to saveure.com. It does not apply to the third party member portal, which has its own privacy policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form, request a consultation, or email us, we collect what you choose to send. That typically includes your name, email address, subject, and the content of your message. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or images of identification through this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security systems record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running, secure, and reasonably fast.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality, caching and performance, and in some cases analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your questions and consultation requests
- To provide the education, planning, and coordination services you ask for
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve this website
- To send information you requested, including email you signed up for
- To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers. Hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and similar vendors who process data on our behalf.
- Planning partners. With your direction, the third party estate planning platform and the licensed attorneys, CPAs, or financial professionals coordinating on your plan.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. The member portal is separate
The sign in and account creation links on this site take you to a portal operated by Snug, an independent third party. Information you enter there is collected and handled by that provider under its own privacy policy and terms, not under this one. Please review those documents before creating an account.
5. Data retention
We keep contact and client information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we are required to keep.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive personal or financial details through web forms or email.
7. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, use our contact page. We may need to verify your identity first.
8. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so this site does not respond to those signals at this time.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted where practical.
11. Contact us
Questions about privacy, or a request to access or delete your information, can be emailed to contact@saveure.com or sent through our contact page. Saveure is based in Altamonte Springs, FL.
